COBALT FACTORY stands as a forgotten relic to the Founders' rule.
With it's purpose lost in another age it currently hosts several
wayfarers, including flesh eating insects and malformed man-things
endlessly pumped out from the bowels of the factory core. The watchdog
TRACERS soar through the skies monitoring the grounds, and Factor
9 must use all her ingenuity to slip past them. Inside the core
of the factory lies the war machine: TEMPEST. This biological weapon
